Julia Mika is worth her weight in gold. She was able to follow up on everything needed to resolve my issue. My auxiliary battery was changed at Mercedes-Benz of Massapequa and created a chain effect of my follow up on everything needed to resolve my issue. My auxiliary battery was changed at Mercedes-Benz of Massapequa and created a chain effect of my sensors and lane assist functionality to stop working. They couldn’t figure out the problem so I decided to bring my car to Rallye. Julia took care of it all including haven’t my car picked up from my home, coordinating w management, and the shop foreman to finally get to the bottom of my issue. Needless to say it’s been resolved. For any future service my with car I will be returning back to Julia and the team of Rallye. More
