T Played telephone tag with MB service center rep about finding a seat belt retractor in beige for my wife’s 1999 SL500 that has just 30,000 miles. The seat belt on the passenger side is in full tensioner mode and cannot be used because it is very uncomfortable and restrictive. The part is not available as an original MB part and no one is looking to resolve this for me. I have been loyal to the MB brand for more than 35 years and there has always been a Benz in my garage. My husband was taking me t Two weeks ago could have been one of the worse days ever when getting a flat tire stuck on the road with no wheel lock key. My husband was taking me to work when all of a sudden we got a flat. The air pressure went for 38 to 1. We couldn’t change flat because we had no lock key. We weren’t far from home to home so we got there and the tire was completely shredded. We called Mercedes Benz and they sent a technician, but he also did not have special key to remove the tire. He left and returned with proper key and changed to to the spare. We drove to Mercedes Benz in Hempstead where we received terrible service so I said to my husband maybe we should go to dealer we brought from and I service my vehicle. The decision to go to Ralleye on Northern Blvd was the best decision we made. From the time we sat down with Peter Alpy and Walter Ryder everything didn’t seem so bad anymore. They got us out in a timely fashion considering I had a flight leaving out the same day. We are so grateful and thankful for the service we received on that day from Rallye of Northern Blvd. I am never disappointed when I get my car serviced there. Excellent is an understatement for service ever received there. Thank you Team Rallye More

Longest waiting time My 2018 GLA250 had a big problem and the engine mark was on while on the highway. I managed drive back home safely as it happened Sunday evening and I My 2018 GLA250 had a big problem and the engine mark was on while on the highway. I managed drive back home safely as it happened Sunday evening and I knew the service center was closed. Next morning at 6:30 I called RAlly motors but no one picked up the phone. I called at 7 am and the receptionist said until my car was brought in, they couldn’t guarantee a loner car. I needed a car for my work and called roadside assistance after finishing my morning work where I walked since I couldn’t drive my car because of the problem. The tow car service arrived in 30 minutes, but when I finally got into the service center, the receptionist assigned me Peter who had 2 customers ahead of me. I needed a replacement car only, but no one helped me for 2 hours while all the walk in customers were helped by other service agents. When I claimed she said my assigned agent was left for sick and she assigned Peter. I don’t have any assigned agent and the problem of the car was not my fault but Mercedes. After some more claims finally Andrew came out . He was very nice, but all he needed to do was make me pick up my belongings from my car whose engine was Running for all the time. The receptionist even excused that it was a lunch tine for the agents even though I arrived there before 11am, and shortage of the agents. It’s unacceptable excuse for the customer who have the very scary experience with the Mercedes car and needed to go to work right away. I liked Mercedes but I am not sure if I choose next car from you. More
