Recall Everything was handeled professionally; however the loaner car has only a quarter of gas in the tank and the washer fluid was completely out. Went in for an inspection $83 later for windshield wipers that were allegedly old, I left. I replaced the wipers myself in September 2017 and the car hasn't been driven much s $83 later for windshield wipers that were allegedly old, I left. I replaced the wipers myself in September 2017 and the car hasn't been driven much since then. After waiting quite a bit of time, I was presented with "findings", which included new wipers at a cost of $50 something for the wipers and $30 something for installation. I was told the car wouldn't pass inspection without the wipers being replaced. The wipers were not bad since (1) I know when I replaced them and (2) I used them that morning on the way to the dealership. There is a reason why I stay away from dealerships for service and this is it in a microcosm. Lesson learned. More
