Service advisor terrible! I’ve been a customer of Rallye’s since back when they where selling bmw’s at the same location. My family have purchased numerous cars here. I usually deal with Ken but his schedule was busy so I got stuck with another advisor Pat. I took my car in for an air bag recall. During this time my SRS light was already on. I was advised that I would need a diagnostic test in order to find the problem. Since I was already there I didn’t mind paying the $169 +tax fee. Which I could’ve taken to my regular shop for free by the way. Pat called me the same day I dropped my car off and told me that one of the codes was for the right side rear airbag. He said that in order to trouble shoot the problem it would cost over $900.00 because the control unit was underneath the front seat which needed to be removed along with the floorboard. I told him I didn’t want to do that at the moment. He also said that he would try to reset the SRS code to see if that clears the error and then they could perform the service recall. Boy was I disappointed when I picked up my car. Not only did they not try and reset the code I got my car back dirty! If you take your car to Rallye’s then you know that they clean and wash your car before you pick it up. So after I left Rallye’s I decided to go to my guy and sure enough in less than 5 minutes he hooked up his diagnostic computer and was able to tell me the same issue. He also suggested that he could try and reset the error code and see if the SRS light comes back on that way I would know if it really was an airbag issue or just a glitch with the computer system. I’ve been driving the car for two days now and no SRS light has returned. I left 3 messages with Pat with no response until after the 3rd message. It very frustrating to talk with someone who thinks he knows everything. If you ever have to take your car for service at Rallye’s stay away from Patrick Ripley. He looks young so he’s probably inexperienced with dealing with long time customers. Very frustrated and disappointed with this experience. The one star rating is solely for the service advisor. More

Service is great but pricing is definitely higher Have no problems with service advisor she is great, but overall pricing is definitely higher than other dealers performing the same service. Once you bring up a competitors quote they always say they will match, but why didn’t I get charged that price to begin with. Only reason I choose to go here is because it’s local and convienent, I have been purchasing from them for a while now. Also new rule about car washes being only on weekdays from 1pm to 5pm or something along the lines of that. Basically having hours where no one is able to come, dumbest rule. More
