It all started when I called Brianna and made the appointment for the B-service with a service loaner. I used to service my vehicle at Helms Brother (since 2007), one thing I kept on telling them over and over was to have SUV as services loaners (Helms Brother uses C 300 or CLA 250 as their loaner) because I have the GL (now the GLS) and I need a big car! Throughout the last decade or so it was the same old dance, dropped off the car and asked for an SUV, only to be told that’s not an option. One day I stopped by Rallye on my way home (just to see if they were willing to give out SUV as service loaner.) Presto! The service advisor said yes sir, we offer full line of services as well as loaners - from GLE, GLC, GLA to the E400 coupe!! Needless to say I have been a loyal customer of Rallye ever since that day! Believe me when I tell you this - give Rallye Mercedez a call and experience the world class service for yourself! More
