Service and inspection I had to change my appointment a few times and Rallye was very accommodating and made my scheduling very easy. The service is fine in general I used the service center this time for two things: One was to do the manufacture recall (2nd recall since I bought the car in November 2016. The other thing was to fix the broken right side mirror. All went fine and I was even offered a free loaner and my car was washed after the services, After I got my vehicle back and started the engine, however, the steering wheel dropped down to a position that blocked my view of the dashboard. I went back to Rob Carlson, my service advisor, who helped me fixed the problem. The radio dial, etc. were not set back to the setting when I dropped off the car as it was in my previous service appointment. This service experience is entirely different from the previous one. But Rob has been as wonderful as always. More
