Mercedes Recall I brought my car in to have the recall problem resolved. The service department did it within an hour and a half, and I was merrily on my way. My only wish was that the sales department was as excellent! I purchased my car elsewhere because of the unprofessional and indifferent performance which was displayed during our test drive and subsequent pre-purchase experience.
