I had a specific problem with my car for which I took it to Rallye. They pointed out many things that were wrong with it - and gave me quite the list of things to get fixed. And it was quite a price. Unfortunately once I got home and started driving the car more I realized that the problem I had taken it in for was never fixed. I was infuriated. I had trouble getting a prompt and satisfactory answer to my questions initially. BUT, Charles and Jo went out of their way to correct what had gone wrong. They took extra time to explain to me the issues and were apologetic about what had happened. Both of which go a long way when it comes to customer satisfaction. I appreciated their attention to my distress. Thank you. More
Brought my car for servicing. Asked that I get a call prior to fixing the car with details about pricing. Never got the call and the next thing I knew my car was ready for pick up. I find the labor rates outrageous ($135/hr). You are billed like a lawyer (x hours spent on car without any proof that it actually took that long: I am sure they falsify this info to get more $) Parts cost: compared to what I find on the internet is a lot more expensive. You be the judge of servicing. More
The appointment was easy to make. I had a slow leak and wanted to get it repaired ASAP. Ken Vachris was able to arrange an appointment in the early afternoon (4:00PM), I was seen promptly and the tire was wanted to get it repaired ASAP.
