The response is polite and they are all about making the sale. Oh, and getting a “5” on the Ford dealership survey. But they also don’t provide a buyer’s order (where everything is detailed) ahead of signin sale. Oh, and getting a “5” on the Ford dealership survey. But they also don’t provide a buyer’s order (where everything is detailed) ahead of signing paperwork electronically (even though I asked for one twice). I noticed a charge for $1,705 for “accessories” and when I questioned it, I was told it includes window tint, wheel locks, DNA theft deterrent, and Quantum interior and exterior protection. All of these are dealer add-ons that cost very little to the dealer (research it for yourself). This charge was added AFTER we had negotiated the final price, and I pushed back telling them it was not listed on the website and I didn’t ask for, nor did I want, those extras. He then told me he could discount it to $599 or he could find a car without those features. I told him that, no, I wanted the car we had agreed on and he couldn’t just add those things at the end. If I hadn’t looked at the numbers and asked, I wouldn’t have known. I basically told them that the dealer add-ons after the fact was not something I could accept and if they could get back to the agreed upon price, I would still be interested. He assured me they would take it off. When we finally got the paperwork there was a form to sign that said that someone had gone over a Consumer Benefits Package of $199 and by signing I agreed to it. I told them I wouldn’t sign it because I didn’t know what it was and no one had gone over it with me. However, since it was electronic signatures, I couldn’t move forward if I didn’t sign it. Manny seemed shocked that no one had gone over it with me, and he couldn’t believe I had not yet seen a buyers order (that I had requested twice) before being asked to sign it. He assured me that if we submitted the paperwork they would issue a refund check for the CBP. Henry even sent me a picture of the check request being turned in to their bookkeeper to issue a refund check. They kept hounding us every few days after that, begging us to rate them a “5” on the Ford Dealer survey, but I told them I had no problem giving them a 5 if the check came through and they kept their word. Guess what. The check never came, even though they told me it was sent over a week before. We live in Louisiana—it doesn’t take 10 days to get a piece of mail here. We never received it, and the Ford survey expired while we waited on the check. Joke’s on me—even though I didn’t pay the full $1,705 they tried to stick me with, Henry found a way to pad his commission with that extra $200. My advice—get everything in writing BEFORE you are asked to sign it. Another shady tidbit-once I clicked on the link to start signing, it expired 10 minutes after you start. They had to resend because I was trying to read everything before I signed it the first time. They are some really nice fellows, but that’s about the best I can say. The rest is shadier than a Louisiana live oak. Buyer beware. I do love the car, though. More
I was excited when I was able to buy my 2020 Raptor. Just owning a Ford Raptor meant something to me. I was told multiple times the truck had a passed a “multi-point inspection”. The day I looked at it. Just owning a Ford Raptor meant something to me. I was told multiple times the truck had a passed a “multi-point inspection”. The day I looked at it. I brought to the attention of my salesman that there was some fishing line wrapped around the drivers side CVs axle. He said it would get taken care of. The rear passenger door also said it was open. Which caused the puddle, cargo, and license plate light to stay on. He said it was freshly detailed. It had dirt in every crevice. My guess it was just a drive through car wash and some guy that didn’t care. Overall I’d say he was a great salesman. I bought the truck. The finance guy was good. Got me a great deal. And the guy that finalized the deal was cool and in a rush. I’ll give Randell Reeds dealerships the names but not on here. They fixed the door. I had to remove the fishing line. It’s all about principle. I thought customer service was important. More

If it had an option for ZERO stars that’s exactly what I would have chosen. The vehicle I purchased had some things that needed to be fixed (moon roof fabric was hanging, windshield was cracked, the under c would have chosen. The vehicle I purchased had some things that needed to be fixed (moon roof fabric was hanging, windshield was cracked, the under carriage splash shield was all duct tape) and I was promised that these things would be fixed. I was also promised GAP insurance. Shortly after I purchased the car the 3 gentleman that I worked with no longer were employees there. For 8 months I called and left messages, sent texts and emails with no response. I even provided all the proof that these things were promised. My payment is at $700 a month. It wouldn’t cost them hardly anything to fix these things. Maybe it was because I’m a female but who knows…. But I’ve come to find out that car salesman are con artists at its finest. And come to find out I’m not the first female they have done this too. More
