Outside of the typical oil change & filter with tire rotation. The service department cannot fix big issues on vehicles. They will hold your vehicle for days without a loaner if you don't demand one fro rotation. The service department cannot fix big issues on vehicles. They will hold your vehicle for days without a loaner if you don't demand one from their management. Once the vehicle is returned after weeks of completion they is a 50/50 chance that they fixed the problem, sometimes coming back and saying we can replicate or see the issue with the car after telling the employee what the service is. The service department was amazing like always. We called them up to get our oil changed and see if we needed some of the recalls that had been mentioned. Instead of having to come into the dealers We called them up to get our oil changed and see if we needed some of the recalls that had been mentioned.
