I would like to give a good rating however after the sale seems to be a problem. The truck is suppose to come with a Tailgate Removal Kit in the glovebox and the manual says if it's not there have the dealer seems to be a problem. The truck is suppose to come with a Tailgate Removal Kit in the glovebox and the manual says if it's not there have the dealership order one for free. Page 82. I'm getting some static and not the part. It's important because of the sensors and cameras won't work correctly if it's not installed when the tailgate is removed. I even tracked down what appears to be the correct part number but this still doesn't seem to be enough to motivate them to get the part! Therefore a one star rating. More

Absolutely the worst service I have ever received. From the start, the inspector (Israel) was rude, unprofessional, and spent more time complaining about Allstate and berating his own receptionist tha From the start, the inspector (Israel) was rude, unprofessional, and spent more time complaining about Allstate and berating his own receptionist than actually helping us. After finally dropping off my car for repairs, I received nothing but generic text messages with constant delays and zero phone calls. Completion dates changed multiple times without explanation, and I’m now paying $50 a day out of pocket for a rental because of their lack of communication and care. It’s not just frustrating — it’s costing me real money. If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid Planet Ford Collision Center at all cost. More
