GM rude condescending has nothing important to say. Talks about his wife when trying to discuss an important issue. GSM used cars doesn’t attend scheduled meetings. Wish I was able to talk to someone from corporate. 8233528430. Bought 3 cards from Randall Reed ford. Last experience was TERRIBLE. First explorer good then traded for upgrade. Second explorer, transmission went out in less than 30 days. In the shop for 2 months and more. 2 rentals, 7 courtesy vehicles later. Began the process on 3rd explorer, left the parking lot later at closing. Started to hesitate on the drive. Took it home. Got ready to go to work the next morning, same issue. Check engine light came on. Really. I would assume that this issue would have reached the GM since this was a huge issue back to back. But NO it didn’t. The salesmen are in a morning meeting at 9am every morning. This issue should have went up the chain. Called a meeting with GSM. After 4 days now was the day to meet him to discuss the problem. He did not score to the SCHEDULE meeting. That’s unprofessional. Nor did he call or email with an apology. I’ve been in there SO many times. Still nothing. Talked To GM, he knew nothing of the issue. NOTHING. Mike and Markel tried all they could to rectify the issue. Which was not their play but they tried. The used Manager which is no longer there lies allot. LIES. He is not to be trusted.
