The team lacks attention to detail and I’ve had to revisit for recurring issues multiple times. In addition to that, they have also caused issues due to poor workmanship and quality. The service contact has been accommodating, and supportive but the service management fails to follow through on actions committed by the service desk folks. An example is covering rental fees for the lack of having loaners on maintenance issues caused by the technicians. I’ve had to make multiple phone calls to rental agency, ford management folks and waste many hours dealing with their poor attention to detail, communication, and customer service. I love Ford and have had 3 explorers, two from this dealer, but this specific 2020 ST is plagued with reliability issues. Due to that, and having all of these experiences, my next explorer will not be purchased from this location. More

When in finance, I felt distracted and misled. I will be returning next week and disputing this contract as the numbers don't make sense. The extended warranty and service contract I was told was 6k and I was credited back 3700 from my trade. That is not what this contract shows, I was charged an additional 3700 for a separate maintenance contract. I need someone from Planet ford to sit down and go through closing again and get this correct. I show I should be financing much less than what they have me at. The finance person as well as salesmen continued to talk about personal things with me while doing this deal which in my opinion is misleading.
