Ive done this review 4 times now. Very unsatisfied with the accusations that we smoked in the loaner car, or should i say the second loaner car we had in the over 2 monthe you had our Very unsatisfied with the accusations that we smoked in the loaner car, or should i say the second loaner car we had in the over 2 monthe you had our car, when you said it would take 2 weeks. Make us drive from Sugarland to get a second loaner car. Then tell us our service dog was not allowed in the loaner car. Our service dog has more rights than any of us, including the people at your dealership that said she couldn't. We could sue you for that... And to think we was looking to buy a new truck from you. NEVER WILL WE BE BACK THERE FOR ANY REASON....ANd will never recommend anyone to go to your dealership.... Very unprofessional..... More

The purchasing process was good but the “Dealer Installed Options” and the “Consumer Benefits Package” were not explained to me or my mom, who helped The purchasing process was good but the “Dealer Installed Options” and the “Consumer Benefits Package” were not explained to me or my mom, who helped with the purchase of my vehicle. It was assumed that I agreed to it. I did not get a benefits package, nor the tint on my front windows, which according to another Ford dealership was too much. The salesman or the finance should have provided me with a detailed explanation of these charges. We are working on getting this information from the finance department or management. More
