My salesperson was great! Very welcoming and attractive. Her manager was rude and not very welcoming at all. The stereo didn't work in the truck but they agreed to fix it and Very welcoming and attractive. Her manager was rude and not very welcoming at all. The stereo didn't work in the truck but they agreed to fix it and did. I failed to check the sunroof because I assumed that their "multipoint" inspection would've made the truck 2nd hand brand new. Needless to say, the roof doesn't work. 2 weeks and half tank of gas later, the check engine light came on...P0430... a bad catalytic converter...so on top of all the money I just gave them, I'm going to have to pay for 2 repairs that should've been addressed a month ago before I bought the truck. If it wasn't for my salesperson I would've given 0 stars... Never again Randall Reed!! Never again. More
