And after 30 years of marriage - she knows me better than anyone. This last 6 months I was invited into Randell Reed Ford in Humble TX by GM John Centner, and introduced to Quenton "Q". Since those introduction, my wife and I have purchased two new Fords (F-150 / Expedition). I could write a book explaining why and what effected my decision making process, but I will leave it at these few sentences. John and Randell Reed are committed to the Humble Area Community. Not just words - but in actions. That speaks volumes to me and my family when it comes to our local area. Sure, its smart business to make sure the area knows you support them, but its the unspoken actions that show character. And John & Randell Reed are THOSE guys! My wife and I never felt any pressure. In fact on both occasions - John and Q went above and beyond addressing every concern up to, and even insisting we drive a selection for extended periods to ensure we were 100% about any decision. In one case - we went a complete different direction with thier full support saving us any buyer remorse had that happened. The bottom line: They did what we asked and do what they say. Professionalism, Support, Care and First Class all around. I can buy anywhere. But, I am looking forward to buying another Randell Reed Humble Ford - simply because for the first time in over 35 years for buying vehicles - I am satisfied! More
