Leased a new 2019 Ford Escape and it went wrong I leased a new 2019 Ford Escape on Friday 11-22-19. I did not get the deal I expected. The monthly payment is to high compared to my last lease of a 2 I leased a new 2019 Ford Escape on Friday 11-22-19. I did not get the deal I expected. The monthly payment is to high compared to my last lease of a 2017. I left the dealership and was called back to terminate my old lease. I was all done but called back when they realized they had my old Escape but no paperwork. I was then told by the dealership and Ford Credit that I did not have an early bird turn in. All of this was confirmed before we did the new deal. I was then told my the money man that it was his mistake and the dealership would pay my final two payments. The next day I get a call and am told they was a problem with the A-Plan pin or my moms name or social. This was nonsense. I had the car and a signed lease! Never heard back. I left my garage door opener and a religious medal in the car. We called back and asked them to retrieve them and call us back when I could get them. I have not heard back and it is a week later! Warranty work Irma did a great job of keeping me informed on the status of the repairs. I did seem like it took a bit longer than I thought it should.
