DON'T PRESUME ANYTHING WE WERE PLEASED WITH THE SALESMAN KEN, HE WORKED WITH US FOR SEVERAL HOURS MAKING OUR CHOICE EASIER THEN EXPECTED, MY WIFE COMMENTED HOW COOL HIS ATTI WE WERE PLEASED WITH THE SALESMAN KEN, HE WORKED WITH US FOR SEVERAL HOURS MAKING OUR CHOICE EASIER THEN EXPECTED, MY WIFE COMMENTED HOW COOL HIS ATTITUDE WAS AND HOW HE DID NOT RUSH US LIKE PAST EXPERIENCE. WE WERE ABLE TO MAKE AN OFFER THAT MANAGEMENT ACCEPTED AND FROM THERE KEN SAID WE WOULD BE VISITING A COUPLE MORE OFFICES TO COMPLETE THE DEAL. WE FIRST WAS MET WITH SOMEONE THAT EXPLAINED OUR MANUALS and WENT OVER THE OPERATION OF THE VEHICLE . SOON AFTER THAT WE WERE IN THE FINANCE OFFICE. THERE WE WERE SHOWN ON TABLE TOP REVIEW OF THE WARRANTIES. And SERVICE CONTRACTS. AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE WAS A DOLLAR FIGURE. WE REVIEWED EACH AND CHOOSE THE BEST AS IT WAS ON A FEW DOLLARS MORE. WE DID NOT KNOW THIS DOLLAR FIGURE WAS THE AMOUNT OF THE PAYMENT FOR 72 MONTHS. DID NOT ASK ONLY ASSUMED THIS TO BE THE COST OF THE SERVICE PLAN WHICH WE THOUGHT WAS REASONABLE. WE CONTINUED TO GO OVER THE PAGE AFTER PAGE OF THE DOCUMENTS THAT NEEDED TO BE SIGNED. WITH LITTLE EXPLANATIONS. IF THERE WAS ANY IT WAS SHORT AND BRIEF LIKE THIS IS YOUR TIRE COVERAGE. THIS IS YOUR WINDSHIELD COVERAGE.. ETC. ETC. WE COMPLETED THE SIGNING AND THE DOCUMENTS WERE PRINTED AN PUT INTO AN ENVELOPE. WE DID NOT OR WAS NOT INTRODUCED TO ANY MANAGEMENT. WE WERE ESCORTED TO OUR NEW RIDE AND ON OUR WAY HOME. OUR SALESMAN KEN HELPED. KEN WAS A GREAT HELP. AFTER WE WERE HOME WE REVIEWED THE DOCUMENTS THIS IS WHERE WE HAVE A PROBLEM. OUR OUT THE DOOR FIGURE WAS ABOUT $9000 MORE THEN WE AGREED UPON WHEN WE MADE THE DEAL????? REVIEWING THE CONTRACT FOUND THE SERVICE CONTRACTS AND OTHER FEES THAT WERE NOT WHAT WE EXPECTED. WE WERE LOOKING FOR THE OUT THE DOOR FIGURE.... WE WENT BACK TO THE DEALER. KEN CONTACTED THE FINANCE OFFICE WE SAT DOWN TO GO OVER THE CONTRACT AGAIN.. THIS TIME WITH QUESTIONS. WE DECIDED TO CANCEL THE EXTENDED WARRANTIES AND OTHER FEES. THAT WERE ABOVE OUR OUT THE DOOR AGREEMENT. WE WERE TOLD THAT HE WAS NOT ABLE TO DO THIS NOW, HE WOULD HAVE TO WAIT 30 DAY UNTIL THE CONTRACT WAS FINALIZED? ???? BEFORE HE COULD MAKE ADJUSTMENTS?? IT HAD ONLY BEEN 24 HOURS SINCE WE WERE IN HIS OFFICE. THIS DON"T SEEM RIGHT AGAIN WE ARE ASSUMING HE IS TELLING US THE TRUTH. WE DON"T FEEL COMFORTABLE ABOUT THIS AND ARE HESITANT AS TO WHAT WE WILL BE TOLD NEXT. AGAIN WE DID NOT MEET ANY MANAGERS. WE FEEL WE ARE BEING LEAD DOWN THE WRONG PATH TO AN EXPENSIVE LEGAL BATTLE OVER THE CONTRACTS. FINANCE OFFICER WAS SHORT COMING IN BRIEFING THE CONTRACTS TO EXPLAIN EACH ONE TO OUR UNDERSTANDING. WE HOPE THIS WILL BE RESOLVED AFTER WE GO BACK TO THE FINANCE OFFICE HEN THE CONTRACTS ARE COMPLETED. More

Once the decision was made on the model, Vicky worked diligently to try and close the deal. I had a better offer from another competitor, but she was determined to close a deal with me. Due to Vicky’s diligence, dedication, and truly wanting me to be in the truck I preferred, we closed. More
