i got an email about a recall on my car and how important it was. gave Evan Coleman a call and he right away got my car serviced and running smoothly. Rodney Bogany is absolutely the BEST! ! The service dept ran into problems doing a transmission fluid and filter change. The truck on startup after the transmission change lit up like a ch ! The service dept ran into problems doing a transmission fluid and filter change. The truck on startup after the transmission change lit up like a christmas tree with error codes and then shutdown after 30 seconds. They had to keep my truck an extra day. He was able to get me a last minute loaner and kept me updated talking continuously. Chris and Todd were able to finally diagnose that the hybrid uses tubes in the transmission pan and needed to be installed again prior to replacing the pan. A learning experience for all. Please extend Rodney a thanks and make sure he gets something for all his dedication and hard work. Extra time off or maybe a little bonus. He deserves it and more. If he ever goes, I’m gone. There a good advisors and then there a very few great ones. He is that latter classification. More
Terrible customer service. Made an appointment and they did not honor it and was like, “oh well”. I made a maintenance appointment and wanted them to diagnose an issue. I bought my vehicle at the end of August and was told it was not available after I signed the paperwork. I still do not have it and no contact from Planet Ford. Manny the finance person called me on Oct 3 was not available after I signed the paperwork. I still do not have it and no contact from Planet Ford. Manny the finance person called me on Oct 3rd checking on me and I informed him that I have not received my truck yet. He said he would check into it and let me know. He did not call me back. I am going to cancel the purchase and go to a Dodge. More
