Kelli gave the best service I have ever had from anyone ever at any repair shop. I have worked and managed Discount Tire stores for 32 years and I would love to have 20 employees of this quality in my stor ever at any repair shop. Customers want to be talked to and kept in the know about what is going on with their vehicle, even if it is bad news.
