Generally great and smooth process with the sales team. Only nitpick is the time it took with the finance team. Only one staffer was there to assist 3-4 customers. Once there it went well enough. Purchased multiple vehicles from the dealership but haven’t used the service department in a long time. Would not recommend the service department. Your appointment merely places you in line to get a t haven’t used the service department in a long time. Would not recommend the service department. Your appointment merely places you in line to get a technician to look at your vehicle. 2 weeks later they diagnosed the issue and then I waited another month for parts. Got my vehicle back and there is still a problem. Not a good experience. More
