Let me start by saying that this is the third time I visited this place. The first time I came because of a recall. The second time they did not get around to check my car: too busy, I guess. Since the visited this place. The first time I came because of a recall. The second time they did not get around to check my car: too busy, I guess. Since then I noticed their cavalier mentality. They don't need my business. It's the Dealer, I get it. The third time I needed them to check 1 issue but since they had to keep it for 15 days (This, I still don't understand). I had them check the other 2 issues. Therefore, I was given a time frame for each issue: by the end of the week, 5- 7 days, and 15 days accordingly (in that order). I expected to be informed accordingly. It did not happen! I had to call several times. My calls were not returned. Then I found out the "Service consultant" was off the whole week. That week, I was supposed to be informed about the 5-7 days issue. Here I was giving him the benefit of the doubt. Silly me! (to put it nicely). What is the point of the service department to have a direct line if calls are not answered? Soon I learned that calls were only answered when transferred, so that's what I did- no issues there. I did hear from him the day I needed to pick up the vehicle. Also, I was not informed, verbally, about the fact that there was a cost per diagnostic when I dropped off the vehicle. I take some responsibility for that. It is what it is! I needed to have the car looked at. Now, I just hope I don't need to go back to that place!!! LIVE & LEARN! More

I hate this place w a passion, their customer service skills are a joke. Unless you threaten them to talk to their supervisors they dont care about you. Dont shop here. Very friendly service and waiting time was decent, I was kept updated on recommendations and estimated time of service. In regards to express plus, one suggestion would be to allow customers to schedule the kept updated on recommendations and estimated time of service. Also, it would be great if there was a quick drive wash (thought that was included), used Toyota for 15 years and after oil change they always did this. More
When the truck was delivered i asked the sales rep to take a snapshot of the odometer and send it to me which he did not! I also told him that the truck was not to be driven until I arrived at the dealer take a snapshot of the odometer and send it to me which he did not! When I got to planet Ford the truck had 18 miles on it but the service records from the wheel lock installation show 5 miles on the odometer!!! That means that either my truck was taken for a joyride or used by the dealership for a demo/test drive against my explicit instructions!!! What a bunch of jerks! I will never do business with Planet Ford again...period! More
