The service department at Ray Chevrolet is great! Being a woman, it can be difficult to find a mechanic that doesn’t want to take advantage of you because of your lack of knowledge. They did just what I came in for didn’t try to add on anything and we’re honest and above board with me from the start. They even washed my car without me having to ask. I only wish Ray was closer to where I live. I live in Kenosha and it’s a 45 minute to an hour drive depending on traffic if it was closer, I would be going there all the time. More

I usually have great service at Ray Chevy. Took my new Chevy Trax in for detailing after 3 1/2 months of ownership, not completely satisfied. I was originally told it would cost approximately $130 because I did not need my carpet cleaned. When I brought it in I was told it would be almost $190, no exception, I said let’s do it then. So I expected to have my carpets cleaned since there was no other option, but they weren’t; there was a bit of dirt in the back that I was able later to wipe off with a damp cloth. There were some other minor issues where I felt the job was not up to the standards expected, one in fact I brought to the attention of the young man who delivered my car to me. I was disappointed, I thought I would leave with the level of cleanliness that I drove away with the day I bought my car. Having said all of this, I will still trust Ray Chevy with future detailing, I’ll just ask for someone else to do it. This isn’t the level of professionalism I am used to with this dealership, my trust in them has not diminished. More
