Last oil change in September 2025 Ray employee my brakes need attention. My last oil change april 2026 said brakes good why are they pulling my leg? Where should I start, when I first made the appointment with Tony Sandfox I explained that the car was Volkswagen Tiguan sport he didn’t ask for the vin number gave me a quote for $722. Out the door I set up an appointment and was there at time of we agreed on, I had my 5 year old grandson with me. We went into waiting area and about a half hour later Tony comes in and tells me he got the wrong tires, problem #1 says he can get the correct tires and it would take 10 minutes for them to be gotten. Problem #2 said the correct tires would be an additional $100 apiece and a different brand. 5 later the vehicle is ready and then asked if I still wanted it run through the car wash. Of course I denied the request even though at check in was asked if I’d like it run through in which I agreed to a wash but 5 hours later and no wash during all that time. I just wanted to get out of there and feed my grandson. On our way home the low air tire sensor light came on showing all 4 tires were low. So when I got home all 4 tires were 5 lbs lower than Volkswagen says are correct tire pressure as I was airing all 4 tires there was grease or some kind of paste all over all 4 tires I’m thinking some kind of lubricant to ease mounting tire on the rim. I took pics if you’d like them. I’ve bought 2 new cars and a used one at this dealership and have serviced All my Chevys there, but now in not so sure I’ll be returning. I like Hugo and Rupe and have always had a good relationship with them, regardless I guess maybe it’s time to shop around. More
