Not only did she get an amazing car at a great price, but her buying experience was incredibly positive. Our sales professional, John Lesniak, was exceptional. He treated my daughter like she was his own, guiding her down the path to selecting the right car for her needs, explaining the pros and cons of different cars and helping her through the financing process. The process went smoothly and, frankly, I have never worked with a sales professional that made himself available to answer questions so readily. Thank you, John, for providing my daughter with a positive experience and me with the comfort of knowing that she was in good hands. Got a brand new car for a great deal! Love you till you sign then not so much They really love you during the sale very attentive answer all your questions right away. Like most dealers once you sign the contract they could care They really love you during the sale very attentive answer all your questions right away. Like most dealers once you sign the contract they could careless. You call with questions or problems they say they'll look into it but never get back to you. They put the burden of everything on the customer. To bad my family had bought cars there since before ray took over when it was ricketts chevy. 3 generations of business they just lost along with all the referrals they were given as well. Customer service should still be top priority period no excuses no bs. More
