Great customer service! I drove 2 hours one way too buy a 2012 Ram 1500 from Ray Chevrolet. Very nice truck, on the test drive I noticed a womp, womp sound coming from tires. I didn't think much of it at the time because it wasn't that noticeable. After driving the truck 2 hours home the sound became very annoying. I also found that the passenger side mirror had a crack in the plastic cover that had black tape put on it to cover it up by previous owner. I emailed John Lesniak about the tire and mirror issues. John replied the next day and had me contact the service department to set up an appointment. I was given a loaner vehicle and two days later my truck was ready to go with four new tires and a new replacement side mirror. My cost $0. I would highly recommend to anyone to purchase there next vehicle from Ray Chevrolet. More
