I went into Ray Chevy looking to just test drive a Trax and walked out with the keys. Sean Runions was the first person we talked to and I am so glad that he was standing outside when we arrived. I was a first time car buyer and Sean made my experience so smooth. He went over everything, car detail, the difference between buying or leasing a car, and he gave me space when I needed to think. Great customer service I dropped off my new Chevy Tahoe for paint protection and undercoating. Jessica Holland took my order. She was very professional and friendly. She set me up in a new Chevy pickup for a loaner. That was Great I don't like small cars. She called me that evening to tell me my Tahoe was ready.
