Even though I said “yes” to the previous question, it depends on subjective observations I made. Not cleaning out the air filter compartment wasn’t completed. Even though I chose not to purchase the engine air filter, I felt the debris in the compartment should have been cleaned out. Also, I was surprised about the price of the filter. The process of replacing the filter was quick. The cost of the filter and time to replace it was less than 15 minutes. This included me cleaning out the compartment. The same goes for the cabin filter. While it took a little longer than the engine air filter, again the time verse the cost of the filter I felt wasn’t justified. More

Made an appointment for a regular synthetic oil change amd tire rotation at 10:15am. Told the service tech call me asap to pick up, and I was waiting to leave on vacation. Called several times for an update an my cat was still not done. At 3pm my car was finally finish. Ridiculous to wait 5 hours for an oil change that you had a appointment for. And no sticker in the windshield for next service. Very disgusted, frustrated and disappointed More
