Worst service department I have ever dealt with! Walked into an empty service dept. where a couple of minutes later, three employees walked in chatting and laughing. All three went to their desks an immed into an empty service dept. where a couple of minutes later, three employees walked in chatting and laughing. All three went to their desks an immediately stuck their noses into their computers. At no time was I ever greeted or even acknowledged. After waiting another couple of minutes, I asked if anyone could help me and was told "they would get to me in a minute". RUDE and DISRESPECTABLE!! My recommendation is take your vehicle to a dealer who actually feels that customer service is #1. More

After calling around to dealerships and getting the run around. I called Ray Chevy being from Kenosha its kind of a drive. But I called in about my 2006 Chevy and dash coming in and out. Ray Chevrolet is great! I brought my car in for a pretty intense detail, buff and wax. Dog hair, dirt, you name it! It was spotless!! I was able to get my oil changed at the same time.
