Mr. Eckhardt kept me informed throughout every step of the process, never leaving me wondering what was going on with my car. At the end of the repair, the staff at Ray Chevy had my car cleaned and handled some extra things for me. OUTSTANDING customer service at Ray Chevy in Fox Lake. These days this is somewhat rare and the fact that Steve E. and his team went above and beyond meant a lot to me. We waiting in the waiting room and Brian came out to us explaining that the vehicle was complete, along with a car wash. Brian also explained to us what we should expect for our next maintenance appointment. Brian is very friendly, knowledgeable and proficient at what he does and made the task of car maintenance a very pleasurable one. More

LIZ and RUBEN did an excellent job taking care of my situation. --- I went in today to drop off my car in the Service D EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! LIZ and RUBEN did an excellent job taking care of my situation. --- I went in today to drop off my car in the Service Department since it was due for a service check up. I was only going to stop by for an oil change, unfortunately on my way there my check engine light went off. Honestly, I was in a hurry since I had to be at work soon. I saw a couple people ahead of me as i walked in, I knew right away I was in for along time, luckily I was wrong. That's when I met Liz, she walked up to everyone asking if they were being taken care of, fortunately they were and I was up next. She greeted me with a huge smile and ask what I needed help with, I explained to her my situation. Liz went back to check if there was any loaners available for me, since I needed to get to work soon. She came back and told me at the moment all the loaners were scheduled already, but she did not give up there. She introduced me to Ruben, he went ahead and started the paperwork on my car. In a matter of minutes Liz came back with a set of keys to my loaner. Ruben covered all the information and explained everything I needed to know about my loaner and also what was going to be done to my car. I was very pleased with both, Liz and Ruben, their knowledge, professionalism and customer service. They listened and understood everything. Thank You Liz and Ruben, you two made my day, If it wasn't for you, I would have not made it back to work on time. Thank you Ray Chevrolet. More

They got my car in, had it evaluated, fixed by noon the next day, and even set me up with a courtesy car so I wouldn't be without a vehicle while my car was being fixed. My deepest and sincerest thanks to Steve Eckhardt who went above and beyond to make sure I understood all that needed to be done, got me the courtesy car, and made sure I was on my way back to TN when I needed to be. You guys are WONDERFUL!!! More

Ray Chevrolet Service Review I brought one of our company vehicles to Ray Chevrolet to address an issue with grinding brakes. I was quickly helped by a service representative name I brought one of our company vehicles to Ray Chevrolet to address an issue with grinding brakes. I was quickly helped by a service representative named Jessica, who had a technician assess and identify the problem. In very little time Jessica contacted me with the assessment and made arrangements for the work to be completed. The repairs were started right away during which time an additional issue was, fortunately, identified and addressed as well. While the company vehicle was being repaired, my wife’s vehicle suddenly began leaking fluid. I called Jessica for assistance and she promptly made arrangements to have my wife’s car towed from Island Lake to the service center. The problem was identified as the water pump and repairs were completed quickly and efficiently. In addition, Jessica took the time to manage getting the necessary repairs covered by the extended warranty on my wife’s vehicle. Throughout the process, Tom in the parts department made sure the parts needed were available for both vehicles. A courtesy shuttle was provided for us to pick up the vehicles and we were out the door by the afternoon of the same day! What a terrific team Jessica, her service techs, and Tom in the parts department make! They provided a seamless, efficient, high quality professional experience and I couldn’t be more satisfied.
