Tender Care Actually my mother brought my car in for my 15,000 mile service. She told me they treated her like a queen, she is 88 years old and still drives. I am a daughter of a retired GM Employee and I have ALWAYS used Ray Skillman/Tom Wood/ and whatever els I think I am finally happy with Ray Skillman. In the past, there have been several issues with this location; salesman, service, and overall experience has not been the best! Excellent Service My 2012 GMC truck was brought in today due to the serpentine belt making noise. The dealership was covered up with appointments. I explained to the Service manager that I was in a bind and needed my truck to travel to Gatlinburg TN. the next day. The service manager asked me to leave the truck and he would make an effort to get it done before EOBD. Two hours later I received a call telling me my truck was ready! Totally impressed with the professionalism demonstrated by the service manager!! More
