The parts and service team worked with me to make sure that my parts were ordered and then installed on my new vehicle. The end result has been a better addition of features to my new vechicle and a better continuation of selecting this dealership as my preferred dealership for service, parts, and installs. Remote Start install Had a remote starter installed in my 2015 Kia Sorento. GREAT addition to the vehicle, especially in a state where the temps have been way below 0. The only "issue" I had was I was told (not by Lyndsay, but someone else) that it would be done by lunch and it wasn't ready until 5;00 pm that afternoon. However, by waiting, the car wash was up and running so my vehicle received a car wash!! More
Oil Change and a Strange Noise The Service Coordinator was very pleasant when I arrived for my appointment. I explained to him the noise that was coming from the engine. He stated that the tech would make sure it was safe to drive, if the problem was something that could not be fixed during the visit and I needed to return. Thankfully, the vehicle only required an oil change. The engine was checked and nothing else was required. I did discover 2 rags that were left in the engine compartment though. More

Over the course of 4 weeks and thru a few emails and a couple of visits including a test drive I was able to get all the information I needed for comparison against my particular financial goals. I really appreciated that neither Michael nor Dave pressured me. One of the major reasons I decided to keep my Santa Fe is that I LOVE the service department and I know Tony May and his team will take great care of me as my vehicle ages. More
New Purchase New purchase. Drove down to Indy from Fort Wayne due to availability of CX-9 choices. All went well and smoothly. Reasonable trade-in price and som New purchase. Only small glitch was not getting paperwork for Ziebart purchase, but they coordinated with Ziebart in Fort Wayne and don't anticipate any problems when service is scheduled. All-in-all very satisfied and looking forward to their service when hopefully moving to Indy in the future. More

When I got there I was told it would only take a couple of hours and was asked if I was going to wait. I wasn't able to but if I had known that initially, I would not have made arrangements.
