Recall-Airbags I received a recall notice for problems with airbags. I made an early morning Saturday appointment with James. However, I had some free time the Wed I received a recall notice for problems with airbags. I made an early morning Saturday appointment with James. However, I had some free time the Wednesday before and decided I would go in and would just wait if I had to (didn't want to get up Saturday). I went in Jeff said no problem and to my surprise I was on my way 30 minutes top! I really appreciated the professionalism and kindness! Great job on caring for my Mazda! More

Professional and Friendly The employees are always friendly and professional. The work is completed in a timely manner and we are satisfied with it. If there are any concerns The employees are always friendly and professional. The work is completed in a timely manner and we are satisfied with it. If there are any concerns, the staff always addresses them and explains thoroughly why we should or should not be concerned. We always liked Robin Jeffries however, we have not seen here in the service area for awhile. She must be working behind the scene. Sorry I don't remember the young ladies name however, the last oil change and tire pressure check we had there, she saw me check my inside panel gauges and get out of the vehicle. She immediately came out and addressed the concerns I had with my tires and actually checked all the tires pressures again. Very professional and put me at ease. More

Wonderful! Thoroughly professional service manager Patrick Rady had the shop do major engine work including new valve gasket, plugs, coil and O2 sensor.
