Nail in tire My dashboard showed me that I had a tire that was low on air pressure. However, it was not just low, there was a huge nail in one of the rear tires. My dashboard showed me that I had a tire that was low on air pressure. However, it was not just low, there was a huge nail in one of the rear tires. I arrived at the service center on a Friday after work and it was about 15 minutes until closing time. The technician agreed to work overtime to put a new tire on my car. An ice storm was expected to start in town at any minute and last into the next day. Everyone went beyond their normal duties, the intake representative in the service center who found the nail in the tire, the assistant who ran to check and found a tire to fit my car, and the technician who put the new tire on my car. You don't see this kind of service very often and definitely not on a Friday evening. A big Thank You to everyone! More

Great and Easy to Work With! I made an appointment online and they had the car I was interested in ready, although I had changed my mind after browsing all night. I was told the specials and rebates for on the car I was looking at. At most dealerships I feel like it's pulling teeth to get that information out of them. I left with a better car than I orginally looked at and felt pretty good about my decision. The salesmen took the time to learn my preferences and hunt down the car for me. I didn't feel pressured to buy something I didn't want. It was a pleasant experience and I would recommend this dealership and sales team to anyone. More
