He clearly explained many of the technical features in the vehicle that I wasn’t familiar with. Additionally, Edwin Herrera from the finance department was extremely courteous as well. When I came to pick up my car it wasn't ready. He never closed it out so the cashier didn't have my keys. Another associate closed it out and pulled my car around then after paying we couldn't fin He never closed it out so the cashier didn't have my keys.
