After 3 years of promises, they STILL refuse to post the cost of the services that they perform. What good is a $20 coupon if they won't tell you the price? What are you trying to hide? Since they insist I must call them for a price, I'm guessing it's the salesman mentality of "upselling". They tried it when I bought the car, and never stopped. Unacceptable, as I know what I want. Don't waste my valuable time by making me call and then putting me on hold to get the price. The contact form is useless, as nobody ever answers, and the people on chat don't know the prices either.
