Overall typical car buying experience. They tried to offer a lower amount than what my car is worth for trade in and for me what was different than other car buying or leasing is I didn’t They tried to offer a lower amount than what my car is worth for trade in and for me what was different than other car buying or leasing is I didn’t have to sign a lot of paperwork. Signature is digital and is a one and done deal. Supposedly I only signed 3 documents which they gave me my paperwork that was only two pages (but they said I signed 3 things). Also for my car I had to stay on the grounds for 10 minutes while this updated “edoc” was being done which they said no signature or anything was needed. But I was just very confused why it was called an “edoc” if I didn’t have to sign anything for this new car. I’ve had a few friends have the same experience where it wasn’t good but wasn’t bad. Just a heads up they’ll tell you to wait to do the review with them so they can help you answer the questions too. Just overall a weird experience and I’m still concerned that they did other documents with my signature that I am not aware of overall. More

I made online service appointment, the service amount populated the price of service i selected. Jeremy the service advisor charged an additional cost. Im going to take my business elsewhere. More

As always, great customer service and waiting area setup with anything you could possibly need. Jeremy kept me informed all through service and found that a wheel alignment was also needed soon but they we with anything you could possibly need.
