Everyone I interacted with during my purchase was kind and professional, especially Greg Schmidt! Much better than other dealers I've experienced. and professional, especially Greg Schmidt! Much better than other dealers I've experienced. More

Finally car brought back and was told my TCM going out and Kia could not fix as car too old and part not available. Talked to service manager who suggested Aamco for possible fix. Went to Aamco the following Monday. They did a complete inspection and found a transmission seal leaking, heater hoses leaking and spewing antifreeze all over underside of car, front brake pads and rotors in need of replacement. Also the crankshaft sensor which Kia replaced only 3 months ago was the reason for the car not starting, not the TCM. This sensor is failing prematurely and needs to be replaced. None of these items were pointed out by Kia service on Friday when I had my oil change and I specifically mentioned they check the front brakes while they were doing the 14pt inspection. It is very clear to me the 14pt inspection was not done and the technician did not even notice or indicate the leaking heater hoses and the transmission seal leak, both of which could have damaged my car and left me stranded. I have lost faith in this service center. More

A second diagnostic determined a different problem than the first diagnostic. It makes me wonder if spending $280 for a fuel cap (as determined by the first diagnostic) was a mistake and a complete waste of money. I was told by the service rep that the repairs determined by the second diagnostic would take 2 to 2 1/2 hours. In fact, it took more than three--resulting on a higher labor cost. More
