I chose to stick with dealership because of the consistent and excellent customer service. The high quality of customer service I experienced years ago is all but nonexistent at this point. Whether over the phone or in person, interactions with the crew seems rushed and almost like an inconvenience to them. Additionally, I had signed up for the shuttle the last three trips over. The people up front told me the shuttle would be right over, only to never come. The waiting area has also become exponentially more dirty since my first experience at the dealership. In the past, I have driven from my home in the Tampa Bay Area to Lakeland because of the great customer experiences at Kia Regal. Since those experiences are a thing of the past, I will likely be taking my business elsewhere. I do want to give a shout-out to the crew that helped me the first couple years at your establishment! They were fantastic and made my day! More

This dealership is so shady. They told us the car had features it didn’t. These were new 2023’s with plastic still all over seats and everything. They rushed the sale and promised us it had what we wanted while they worked to get the new cars even put into the system. They then ran up to us after the papers were signed to say “hey luckily that feature isn’t in the car like you wanted, I know you said you didn’t want that so I confirmed it didn’t have it”…. The opposite of what we asked for…to try and say they told us that from the get go. We wanted to trade back to our old car immediately after that because it was so shady how they did it all. We begged for them to give us the old car back that we felt scammed. They said some rude comments and gaslit us for wanting heated seats in Florida. But they then supposedly wanted to make it right and said they would order another car with the wanted features and that we will just trade the cars when it comes in. I said multiple times it seemed too good to be true and asked for some official documentation and the “manager” wrote it on his business card. I would later be told this person had no authority to do this and so it didn’t count. Lots of texts and calls back and forth with the salesman and the sales manager for weeks with rude comments as well as promises of order forms to be sent over and a new car to be here by end of August. But once again it is all done a little shady… At the end of July they ask us to please give them a good review if they do order this car for us. (By that time the car was supposed to already be ordered) They used these surveys almost like blackmail to get the car ordered…which the new car was the route they suggested I might add not us. So we agreed to do a good review once we received an order form. They pushed that off long enough for the survey link to expire so we couldn’t leave a bad review. Now none of our calls are being returned and we are stuck with a car we do not want. I do not write reviews. I do not like conflict. But please do not go to this dealership there is literally no one there honorable enough to do business with. More
