I had an appointment at 8:30 am I got to the service department at 8:20 am 10 minuets early. I scheduled a 67k essentials and I have no Idea why it took until 1:45 pm to receive my car back. I was infor department at 8:20 am 10 minuets early. I scheduled a 67k essentials and I have no Idea why it took until 1:45 pm to receive my car back. I was informed my car was ready and just needed to be washed around 11 am. Come to find out my car was never washed and I waited an extra two hours for God knows what reason. Not to mention I was with my 2 year old toddler the whole 5 hours in that dealership. More
