May be a nice place lots of good reviews but also 180 1 star they hide from their website they love to use as a reason their employees cant be wrong ...that said... dont go in with a quote from another Kia More

Thanks for the response .. the information requested was a drivers lic. (For a test drive) and the ss# was given for trade in payoff amount bank access …I never had a test drive in anything used or new. Is it normal to hard pull when a person comes in with a QUOTE from another KIA where they never pulled my credit …and asks you to match or beat THE QUOTE on the phone and in person multiple time because you say you offer more for the trade then while on the phone with the bank for that trade, in between, ask the only other two questions you need for a hard inquiry? I never signed a single piece of paper ever. I had 4 QUOTES in my pocket NO ONE BUT YOU RAN A HARD INQUIRY AND I GOT NOTHING except a finance guy swinging my paper in the air never showing a single number and saying get the deal you already have, mainly because I refused a used certified 3 times….So I did. Her forte and my K5 at Courtesy Brandon Kia. where’s my test drive, my quote, or my trade evaluation, you promised on the phone and in person all day… you took the car and looked at it and basically threw an 800+ credit score and unlimited income out the door for no reason….look at the video. What could have possibly been said to make me walk out the door with no numbers no quote and no reason to leave within less than 1 min of shaking Mr Santo’s hand? My initial contact/salesman was a champ, such a great guy sorry Mr Santos inabilities to read a customer and poor leadership lost you 2 sales. Great negotiation tactics …start with… GET OUT. I wasn’t being “checked out”…. you were…..FAIL Lmao.

And Jorge the manager who was never present gave 4 excuses before giving up when I requested a supervisor call me to resolve our miscommunication .. I got told immediately after relaying my experience by Jorge (no last name or position given except Mr Santos boss) that I must be angry I didn’t get the deal I wanted …never got a quote to be mad at … then it was .. then you saw a window sticker and knew you couldn’t get it… uh you have 0 new Fortes on the lot ( also I told them I wanted to build and wait 8weeks) and even my test ride would only be a certified used …. Then it was… first he said …DUH DER oh stop calling your sales man and harassing … I made three .. 1 to say on the way…(I don’t text well I’m disabled) 2 to say who the heck was that finance guy and a 3rd to say sorry salesman mr Santos ruined your deal…then he went on to finish up that it must of been something I did because our dealership has nothing but 4 and 5 star ratings on the website. So contact a lawyer if I still have a problem. Low and behold click the link and you had 180 1 star … even a new one on that day. Why not on the website ? on the car rater link …..wow there are nearly 3-4 a week sometimes And then he hung up.
