Work completed. Personal service person polite and kept me informed. I do not feel safe in Regal due to fact it is all an open space and I saw one salesperson with mask on. Staff from all over walked to me informed. I do not feel safe in Regal due to fact it is all an open space and I saw one salesperson with mask on. Staff from all over walked to coffee machine without masks to get their coffee. About 70 percent of customers wore masks. Many people staff and customers seem ignorant of fact that the nose is part of the respiratory system and wore their mask below their nose. I did not see any signs on the doors requiring or even requesting masks CDC guidelines should be followed. This same situation existed last time I was in. Although we have a new Teluride and like it a lot I am not feeling like we want to continue to deal with this dealership for future purchases. I feel this is managements responsibility to see CDC guidelines are followed to the best of their ability and this was not done More

I have always disliked the car buying process with the hours of waiting and haggling at the dealerships. Pablo is amazing!!! I even had my new car delivered to me and my trade in picked up at no additional cost. This dealership is 2.5 hours from my home. Unfortunately my local dealership was not as accommodating. Would definitely recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle without any of the stress to contact Regal Kia!!!
