Greg was amazing!!!! He went above and beyond for me. He wasn't pushy and was 100% honest. I didn't know what to expect on this service call because of Covid. Everything was pretty much like normal. Which was great. We wore our masks in the customer lounge. I didn't expect the normal accoutrements, but it was nice to have coffee and the comfortable chairs like always And WeFi! You guys are the best. You made the 1 hour+ wait very comfortable and easy.
