I have used Kia service for years now that I’m on my second Kia. I do all my maintenance there. Everyone is professional and friendly and they get you in and out as fast as possible. They always have sn second Kia. I do all my maintenance there. Everyone is professional and friendly and they get you in and out as fast as possible. They always have snacks in the clean white room or they have a shuttle and the driver is very friendly and makes for a pleasant ride by even come back and pick me up when my vehicle is ready and take me up to get it. Which is very good considering everyone works and can’t get off to pick you up or take you. I will continue to use Kia for all my vehicle needs. More

Vehicle was repaired of initial transmission issue visit but underwent further inspection for ignition coil failure that dealership did not cover for warranty purposes as coils were replaced with aftermarke but underwent further inspection for ignition coil failure that dealership did not cover for warranty purposes as coils were replaced with aftermarket coils due to being wrongfully informed by a staff member on coils not being covered under factory warranty when it should have been.
