This dealer talks about high quality customer service, I didn’t see any of that!!! I have a manual transmission and the one guy tried driving my car with the emergency brake on. I have a dodge hellcat and I had to wait 3 hrs for an oil change, because they didn’t have my specific oil, they had to get the oil from O Riley down the road. Then not 24 hrs after the oil change, a P diagnosis code popped up on my vehicle, O2 oil sensor. I called the manager Jeff he was supposedly out of town but they would have him call me back Monday 5/26, and here it is 5/29, and still no call from them!!! Garbage customer service and service.
