Clam to be honest and transparent but nothing to show for it Went in to look at couple of cars i had looked at on their website. Inmust say they had a good used selection. The sales people were nice showing me the cars i wanted to test drive. When we got to discussing the final price of the vehicle the dishonesty began. The sales person kept going back on his words and tried to trick me with their pricing games. I told him i wasn't going to buy the car since they never fulfilled their promises and the vehicle was overpriced compare to other local dealership. Then the manager stepped in and tried to lecture me on how to finance and pay for a car as if i was a high school student who had no clue on money, just because i was younger than the average car buyer. When i asked him about the different fees listed on the bill he kept saying he couldn't reduce or remove the fees to give me a competitive offer because they wouldn't make any money on the vehicle. Only to remove them the next day without any reason. They also tried to charge me for certifying the vehicle when they weren't able to certify the vehicle. So, if you are expecting the transparency they promise continously, you won't get it. If you are a young buyer, expect to be treated like a child. A few less lies would have made a much better experience not to mention treating people with respect despite age. More

Even though my wants were few Deon listened with respect, was helpful in the quest even to the point of saying he was ok when the rain started. We searched inventory online in a nice dry office. I picked THE ONE. It ticked all the boxes. We test drove and within two hours I was out the door with my new certified Kia Soul. I cannot say enough good about Charlie and Deon.
