Great experience. Found my car through Car Gurus, and drove an hour to get to Lakeland after same day contact with Kelsey. We set an appointment a few days out, but I had to move the appointment one day earlier, and she put me in contact with Jordan, and eventually Eric for paperwork. He showed me the car I came to see (which I ended up purchasing), as well as a few other options. Overall, they were friendly, knowledgable and low pressure sales, as well as efficient once I decided what I wanted. In and out took about 3 hours from intro to car trade in, signing paperwork, trade in, 2nd key made, detailing of my new car, and me driving off the lot in the new car! More

Did most of my research on-line, loved the way they posted vehicles and had pics made picking a vehicle very easy. 2. Once I found the vehicle we wanted to purchase I started working with Carlos; he was very knowledgeable, friendly and answered all my questions. 3. Even the haggling over price was easy, I had a set price and they were able to meet that price after only took 1 visit to the Sales Manager to make it happen. . 4. Working with Barry L in finance was a joy, he was very friendly, knowledgeable, and he explained everything at every step. I felt very comfortable working with him! 5.
