I came for a rack and pinion fox and let with the truck I've been wanting for a while. Michigan so comfortable with the process and I enjoyed that process. I usually don't! Was told an hour to hour and a half. After the hour and half mark I was told my car was going to be worked on. Made me feel like I had to wait longer because all I was doing was the rout After the hour and half mark I was told my car was going to be worked on. Made me feel like I had to wait longer because all I was doing was the routine oil change because I didn’t get any upgrades. After two hours got a text saying my car was ready. Was told the keys were in my car but then followed out to get the plastic and tags removed from my car. Oil change sticker wasn’t even changed. I’m pretty easy going if told the truth, would have rather figured out a way home if they needed more time on my car. I don’t really understand the need for appointments if you still have to wait over and hour to get routine maintenance done. More
