Communication was minimal at best. My truck was dropped off Wednesday evening, prior to my 8:00 AM appointment Thursday morning. I received a text message Thursday morning saying to reply for status or communication, all went unanswered. After calling Friday about status, was told they’d follow up with me. I never received any status update and had to go without my vehicle for the weekend. On Monday, when I called, I was told the vehicle was ready, and they called and left message on Friday afternoon, to which I hand no missed calls Or voicemail. I also had no texts which was the original method of communication the dealer provided. Once the truck was picked up, it was full of greasy hand prints all over the hood of my vehicle and apparently test driven down a muddy road as it was covered in mud and not returned in a condition prior to dropping off. I took my car in because my brakes sound bad. My car was there all day from 11am until I arrived around 4pm without a call or anything. When I got there they said they couldn’t fix what they couldn’t find. Asked if it was worse when it’s cold and rainy, I said yes. They said they drove it around like crazy on a sunny day so they didn’t find anything wrong. My complaint is that they didn’t even call to let me know and they didn’t wet the brakes to find the problem. They said a lot of people are complaining about the bad noise and to bring it back when we have a storm. I find that highly unacceptable. I think they could have at least wet them to hear the sound. Or gave me a call and I would have let them know that when I leave a car wash the sound appears. It was just a complete waste of time and ended without a solution. I’ve never had a problem before, it’s just the costumer service was lacking this time. More

In February 2023, we picked up our beautiful Ford Maverick, but the process actually started 14 months earlier in 2022. Thanks to the awesome sales manager, Jeff Ledesma, our purchase became a realit Maverick, but the process actually started 14 months earlier in 2022. Thanks to the awesome sales manager, Jeff Ledesma, our purchase became a reality. Not only Jeff, but Will and Chris, and the entire Riata Ford team took excellent care of us. But, the service after we purchased the vehicle and ordered several Ford add-ons (bed extender, bed liner, etc.), did we really find out how amazing this team is. It was the first time Service had dealt with some of these items on a Maverick and it was very challenging. BUT, Chris and the service team stepped up and did an excellent job installing them and because it took a couple of days and we lived out-of-town, they provided us with transportation so we didn't have to make the drive back-and-forth to get my husband to work. I cannot say enough good things about Riata and the way they take care of their customers. I would suggest driving from anywhere in Texas to visit these folks. You will not be disappointed! I am 70 years old and never experienced this type of customer service ever. They're the BEST!! More
