Used the valet service. They picked up my truck at 7:00 am, did the works oil change, etc., front end brake job, and brought it back to me mid-afternoon. Sure beats sitting in the waiting room, or having someone drive there to pick me up, then drive me back again when it’s ready. My only complaint is that they use an automated text messaging system that notifies you two hours before the pic up time. That means I got a text at 5:00 am!!! Otherwise, highly recommend. More

Any time you have to bring in your vehicle in for repairs, especially a major one like this one is not exactly something you look forward to. What did help was Anthony's level of customer service from keeping me informed of the status of the vehicle to making sure I had transportation during the process. Any time I bring in a vehicle for service and need a courtesy ride I'm always greeted by Berto with that great smile of his. I've always said that an organization's greatest asset is its people and when they are taken care of it reflects in the way they perform in their roles.
