My last 3 cars were Chevy's so when I was ready to buy a new car I went to the previous dealership I had bought from. I was very disappointed with the terrible service. So I thought I would try ford. Roger Straight came out to greet me with a big smile and asked how he could help me...and is still there to help me. Roger is always quick to return my emails or calls with any question or help I need. I would highly recommend Roger and the staff at Ricart Ford for anyone wanting a great car and exceptionally great service. I don't plan on buying another car from anyone but Ricart!! Thanks!! We did our homework before we went to the dealership... not great past experiences with stereotypical car salesmen. We knew what FORD had to offer, what was a fair price, just needed to give the options a not great past experiences with stereotypical car salesmen. We knew what FORD had to offer, what was a fair price, just needed to give the options a spin to narrow down our choices within the F150 series. I always wanted a truck and knew if I ever bought a truck it had to be a FORD. I have never owned a FORD but have come to hate the quality of my ever failing American made vehicles, Chrysler, JEEP to be specific. But... FORD was the only American car manufacturer who did not take the government bailout and still remained profitable... good enough for me. I assumed going to THE Ricart Ford (we're dealin') would be the worst experience ever since the afforementioned quote is the cheesiest amoung cheese! And of course all the worst sales people must work at this cheese factory! Here is the nugget you are looking for... Wow! Gary was the first person who greeted us. He was sincere, friendly, helpful. Guided us to the trucks we were interested in and never once made us feel like we were just another commission. We had the opportunity to meet Jason Ricart, great guy. Gary spent several hours with us. Hey, we had a long list of trucks to drive! He did not make us feel like we were any bother at all. He knew every fact about every truck. Someone was paying attention in training class! Bottom line, Jason Ricart had the authority to give us a fair price on a truck that Gary was super helpful in getting us behind the wheel. The staff in each department, you know who you are, was generous with their time (we were there long after closing hours) and together each of us came away with a win. We now own a beautiful FORD F150 and all those fine folks helped renew the faith of some very big doubters in the only American car manufacturer worthy to be called such. So, please send many kudos to Ricart Ford and especially Gary and Jason who could not get home to their families so we could hash out the details of our perfect ride. More
Roger was great to work with in buying our new truck. We were there on the coldest day of the year and he stayed out there with us until we made a decision. I WASNT SURE I WAS GOING TO BUY A NEW CAR I WAS THINKING ABOUT AN USED CAR. THEN I TALK TO RYAN WHEELER HE SAID I WOULD BE FARTHER AHEAD TO GET A NEW CAR WITH A FULL WARRANTY. I am very happy about the excellent service that zane and his manager worked hard helping me getting my dream car. Everything was more than I expected when I got there, even though the car I seen on the website wasnt there. I was greeted at the door by David Richeter. Very nice guy & never put pressure on me. He took me around the lot & to find the car but wasnt there. He showed me a few cars & at 1st I decided on a 2012 blue fiesta hatchback. Went back to do the numbers. While I waited for the price, I notice a 2011 red Fiesta sedan at the door. I told him I wanted that. David said it wouldnt be a problem. Even took a couple of cars for a test drive on the track. I never really cared for a ford. While we were on the course, he explain to be the features and what ford has improved on the vehicles. Man, I couldnt believe how it handle. I then made up my mind to get the ford fiesta. xxxx, I didnt know about the goodies that came with. I was just satisfied that it could get 40 mpg. He showed me the goodies in the car. David even hooked up my phone to sync. Again I know that they are to sell cars. But David didnt put any pressure on me. It is actually the 1st time that there were no pressure in buying a car. This is also my 1st brand new car that I have ever bought in my life. It was a great feeling. David was more excited about being my 1st new car than I was. David is a great guy. He even brought me coffee several times (I drink alot of coffee). Dealing with Jason was a comfort also. He explain alot of things to me that I didnt know what ford offered. It still hard to except the gas & go, that it wont cost me a dime on maintaining my car. I will bring my car in for maintence to Ricart, even though I can take it any ford shop. Because if your salesperson & finacing treats customer like I was treated, I know that I wont get the run around in the shop.
