Good people I have always said I do not like "sales" people. Joe Kuznar did not "sale" me, he helped me. By far the BEST experience purchasing a car! I was in the market for a compact sedan. After doing some research online, I wanted to look into getting a Ford Focus. I inquired about the Ford Focus I was in the market for a compact sedan. After doing some research online, I wanted to look into getting a Ford Focus. I inquired about the Ford Focus and was almost immediately contacted by Shane Gillespie. Now, I have spoken with salesmen before who use buzzwords and jargon to answer my specific questions, but not Shane. He was able to answer EVERY single question I had about the car. By far the most knowledgable, and believe me when I say I didn't ask easy questions. After I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted promptly by Shane and he even had the car ready to test drive. I loved the car and everything about it, I was ready to buy. Shane and the finance team worked swiftly to gather all the necessary paperwork. The paperwork did take more time than I thought, but it is to be expected as those are very important documents that you want to be right. On the plus side, there were cookies, Starbucks coffee, and TVs with cable. Shane truly made the difference, from his knowledge about the vehicles, to the way he was able to ease every worry and ache I had about buying a car; there is not a doubt in my mind that I will be returning to Shane Gillespie for my next vehicle. All in all, this was by far the BEST experience purchasing a car! More
Broken Promises I bought a new Ford Explorer Sport. I was dirty inside because Rhet Ricart decided to use it for golfing and had amount $1300 miles. I wanted a ne I bought a new Ford Explorer Sport. I was dirty inside because Rhet Ricart decided to use it for golfing and had amount $1300 miles. I wanted a new one without the miles. I was granted a meager amount off for the miles and I was PROMISED that it would be thoroughly cleaned! I was there OVER 3 1/2 hours!!!! The person with me had other obligations. I said I would come back to get the care and they had time to clean it and service it. I was PROMISED that they would do a superb job and it would be ready if I waited. So I get the vehicle and was showed a few features. It appeared that grass from the golf shoes/stuff was removed. But was not in the corners. Worse was that golf tees and wrappers were left in the console along with crumbs from something. IT WAS NOT CLEANED. So I called and the "Manager" states that I should have checked it out thoroughly before I drove off. So they break their promise and then blame me. I was warned that the Ricart's don't care about their customers and I had immediate proof! More

Awesome experience all around! I was very apprehensive about going to look for a new car. I honestly do not like the entire process and it makes me very anxious. However, Austin Whi I was very apprehensive about going to look for a new car. I honestly do not like the entire process and it makes me very anxious. However, Austin Whitaker, Zach Bowens and Dan Atherton made it pleasant and enjoyable. All three were very easy to work with and nice. My husband and I actually enjoyed talking to all three of them as they are very personable and it's obvious they care about their customers. My dad is looking for a new Ford truck and he will more than likely be coming to Columbus this weekend to purchase one. I really hope he gets to work with the same people we did. More
