My 3rd Vehicle from - Ricart - a 2016 Ford Escape I moved to Columbus in the late 90's and always loved the commercials Ricart had.. In 2007 I had been working a job in a good field for several years I moved to Columbus in the late 90's and always loved the commercials Ricart had.. In 2007 I had been working a job in a good field for several years and finally had the money to get a new car. Because of my fond memories of Ricart commercials and their huge selection I went to the Ricart Mega Mall to find my dream car. I bought my first new car ...a 2007 Windveil Blue Ford Mustang from "Zane" who was great. I even bought my 2nd car from Zane a few yrs later.. Ricart became the only place for me ! Last week I bought a 2016 Ford Escape with my wife. I went to see Zane but he was off and now works at the Mazda building, but thankfully Corey Carter ( who showed us the vehicle) I had inquired about was there. Corey was very helpful ! When we applied for financing through Ford Credit we were introduced to Melissa Figgins - who was very kind and guided us through a couple options once we were approved. Melissa made herself available for any questions and made it even easier. Then we met John Croft who seemed to sort of coordinate what could have been confusing. He offered help with the new vehicle and learning about features like Ford Sync and other options would be useful to us. John treated us with respect and we appreciate that. Our experience was made perfect by Samantha ! Samantha works in the department that handles Titles .... There had been a minor issue with some paperwork and Samantha really went out of her way to make our experience at Ricart something special. Everyone we mentioned above deserves kudos but on this visit it was Samantha that really made this purchase something I can say ended up being PERFECT !! Great Car and Awesome Service- Phil Markins From beginning to end Phil had great customer service. He showed us different vehicles and pointed out what would suit our family needs the best. He had a great attitude and was patient as we had our 1 year old with us as well. Very knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions we had, as well as information we wouldn't of thought to ask. When we were satisfied with a car, he made the process smooth, simple and hassle free, which was amazing because we were expecting to be there much longer than we were. Even when his job was done and it was left to financing he made sure he was apart of every step and that we were comfortable along the way. He even followed up with my husband and I weeks later to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase and assured us he was there for any questions we might have. We will defiantly use Phil as our Salesman in the future and recommend him to anyone we know on the market for a car. He was very patient and understanding and was willing to work with me to get me into a car. First I picked out a Ford Focus, the one I wanted and the color I wanted. Next I took it for a test drive on the test track. I was in love with the car from the start and Sterling did everything he could to get me financed. I was trading in an old Honda at the time. Sterling was successful in getting me financed with Ford Credit. His trainee Michael Cuva was very nice to talk to during my time there as well. He seemed very knowledgeable about cars and was very enthusiastic about his job. Frank Struna was very informative about the application process and explained everything very well. Overall my experience at Ricart was excellent and I'm already spreading the word to friends who ask about my new car. I encourage them to go Ricart and see Sterling since he was excellent in helping me. Ricart is truly blessed to have Sterling on their team. I have his card and would definitely send people his way if they are interested in buying a car. More
